RETURN POLICY

''Crystal Drops'' stands behind the products it sells, However, we recognize that although our products have extremely high consumer satisfaction, special circumstances may drive you to return the product back. We also strive to make your online shopping experience positive and secure.

​Our returns are available within 15 days of delivery. The product must not have been opened/used in order to be eligible for a refund.

To obtain a refund, simply email us and we will notify you of the return address. Make sure to specify that you are requesting a refund by marking the package as "REFUND". 

Please also note, that we do not offer refunds for the below situations

- Change Of Mind

- Non Willingness of Duty/Customs Tax Payment

- Lost or Misplaced Product After Delivery
